Your organization’s plan determines which modules are available and your usage limits. Features outside your plan are automatically hidden from the sidebar for all users.

How It Works
- Features are enabled or disabled based on your organization’s plan.
- When a feature is not included in your plan, it is hidden from the sidebar and inaccessible.
- Core modules (Dashboard, Activity, Grievances, Tasks, Members, and Settings) are always available on every plan.
- Upgrading your plan immediately unlocks the additional features.
- No data is ever lost when changing plans — if you downgrade, the data is preserved and becomes accessible again upon upgrading.
- Custom plans can have any combination of features enabled or disabled. Your account representative can tailor the feature set and limits (including storage) to match your organization’s needs.
Limits
Users
Each plan includes a set number of user seats. On the Pro plan, you can purchase additional users at $10/month each. When you reach your user limit, new users cannot be added until you upgrade or purchase additional seats.
Members
Member limits determine how many union members you can track. The Free plan allows up to 50 members, Starter allows 1,000, and Pro allows 5,000. Custom plans have no member limit. When the limit is reached, new members cannot be added until you upgrade.
Storage
Each plan includes a set amount of file storage. Storage is shared across all file types — member documents, grievance/case attachments, task attachments, standalone files, chat attachments, and generated PDFs. On the Pro plan, you can purchase additional storage at $5/month per 10 GB. On Free and Starter plans, you must upgrade to get more storage. Custom plans can have a tailored storage limit set by your account representative.
You can check your current storage usage in Settings → Organization. A progress bar shows how much storage you’ve used, with warnings at 80% and 90% capacity. When the limit is reached, new file uploads will be rejected until you free up space or upgrade your plan.
Checking Your Plan
Go to Settings → Organization to see your current plan, user limits, member limits, and storage usage.
