Tasks

Manage to-dos and action items for your team.

Task List

Navigate to Tasks to see all tasks. Filter by:

  • Status (Open, Completed)
  • Category
  • Assignee
  • Due date

Creating Tasks

  1. Click New Task
  2. Fill in the details:
    • Title
    • Description
    • Due date (optional)
    • Category (optional)
    • Assignees (optional)
  3. Click Create

Task Categories

Organize tasks with categories. Manage categories in Settings → Tasks.

Assigning Tasks

Tasks can be assigned to one or more team members:

  1. Open the task
  2. Click Add Assignee
  3. Select team members

Assignees receive notifications about their tasks.

Task Attachments

Attach files to tasks:

  1. Open the task
  2. Click Add Attachment
  3. Upload files

Task Comments

Add comments to discuss progress:

  1. Open the task
  2. Scroll to the comments section
  3. Type your comment and click Send

Linked Tasks

Tasks can be linked to grievances and disciplinary cases. When viewing a grievance or case, go to the Tasks tab to see and create related tasks.
