Welcome to LaborWise! This guide will help you get your organization set up and running.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A valid email address for account creation
- Basic information about your union/organization
- A list of users you want to invite (optional)
Setup Steps
- Create Your Organization - Set up your union in LaborWise
- Invite Users - Add representatives and admins to your team
- Configure Settings - Customize workflows, statuses, and templates
- Add Members - Import or manually add your union members
- Start Tracking - Begin creating grievances and managing cases
User Roles
LaborWise has three user roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all features and settings |
| Representative | Can manage members, grievances, and cases |
| Viewer | Read-only access to data |
