Welcome to LaborWise! This guide will help you get your organization set up and running.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A valid email address for account creation
  • Basic information about your union/organization
  • A list of users you want to invite (optional)

Setup Steps

  1. Create Your Organization - Set up your union in LaborWise
  2. Invite Users - Add representatives and admins to your team
  3. Configure Settings - Customize workflows, statuses, and templates
  4. Add Members - Import or manually add your union members
  5. Start Tracking - Begin creating grievances and managing cases

User Roles

LaborWise has three user roles:

RepresentativeCan manage members, grievances, and cases
ViewerRead-only access to data
