Email Templates

Create reusable email templates for campaigns.

Creating a Template

  1. Go to Settings → Email Templates
  2. Click Add Template
  3. Configure:
    • Name - Internal name for the template
    • Subject - Default subject line
    • Content - Email body
  4. Click Save

Using Variables

Insert dynamic content with variables:

{{firstName}}Member’s first name
{{lastName}}Member’s last name
{{email}}Member’s email
{{memberStatus}}Member’s status
{{department}}Member’s department

Example Template

Subject: Important Update for {{firstName}} Dear {{firstName}} {{lastName}}, This is an important update from your union regarding... Best regards, Your Union Team

Using Templates in Campaigns

  1. Create a new campaign
  2. Click Use Template
  3. Select your template
  4. Customize if needed
  5. Send

Managing Templates

  • Edit - Click the edit icon to modify
  • Duplicate - Create a copy to modify
  • Delete - Remove unused templates
