Custom Domain
Use your own domain name for your LaborWise instance.
Custom domains are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Overview
Custom domains let your users access LaborWise at your own URL (e.g., app.yourunion.org) instead of the default LaborWise domain. This reinforces your brand and makes the app feel like a native part of your organization’s tools.
Setting Up a Custom Domain
- Go to Settings → Custom Domain
- Enter your desired domain (e.g.,
app.yourunion.org) - Follow the DNS configuration instructions to point your domain to LaborWise
- Wait for verification — the status will update from pending to active once DNS propagation is complete
DNS Configuration
Add a CNAME record with your DNS provider:

DNS propagation typically takes 15 minutes to 48 hours depending on your provider.
Status
You can check your domain status on the Custom Domain settings page or on the Settings → Organization page:
- Pending — DNS has not been verified yet
- Active — Domain is live and working
